Data and purposes

When you send a transport enquiry, we process the information you provide, such as your company, name, business email, phone number, collection and delivery locations, preferred date, cargo details and message. Technical security data, such as an IP address and anti-spam verification result, may also be processed.

We use this information to respond, prepare a transport proposal, take steps requested before entering into a contract and protect the form against abuse.

Legal bases

Enquiry data is processed where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Security, fraud prevention and the establishment or defence of claims may be based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where applicable, data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Recipients and international processing

Data may be handled by authorised personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, security and email delivery, including Cloudflare and Resend, only to the extent required to provide those services. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer should rely on an applicable legal safeguard.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to respond and manage the prospective or existing business relationship. Data may be retained longer where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Security logs are retained according to the settings of the relevant service provider.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

We do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Required information

Fields marked as required are needed so that we can identify the enquiry and reply. Other fields are optional, but providing route and cargo details helps us assess the requested transport.
